1.
Bookings must be
accompanied by a
non-refundable deposit, with
the balance of the rental
payable in full not less than
eight weeks before the arrival
date. If a reservation is made
less than eight weeks before
the start of the booking, the
full amount of the rental will
be payable at the time of
booking.
2.
Payment to be made by
cheque payable to C Dodridge.
All payments will be
acknowledged in writing or
e-mail within 7 days of
receipt.
3.
If you do not pay the
balance by the due date the
booking will automatically be
cancelled.
4.
Reservations by
telephone or e-mail will be
held for a maximum of five
days, by which time a deposit
must have been received.
5.
The property booking
shall be in the name of one
person (who must be over 18
years of age) who shall be
responsible for the actions of
all members of their party.
The names of all members of
the party must be on the
booking form. Sky Cottage must
not be occupied by more
than the agreed number of
persons.
6.
The cottage may only be
occupied for the purpose of a
holiday and under no
circumstances can the period
booked be extended without
permission in writing.
7.
Bookings are from
Saturday to Saturday unless
confirmed otherwise for winter
breaks from 1 October to 30
April.
8.
All reservations
commence at 3pm on the arrival
date. Keys will be posted to
you one week prior to your
arrival except by prior
arrangement.
9.
The cottage must be
vacated by 10am on the day of
departure. The guests are
liable for the cost of any
damage to the building or its
contents, except reasonable
wear and tear, during his/her
stay.
10.
All utility charges are
included in the rental along
with bed linen (duvet),
towels, bathmat and tea
towels (BUT NOT BEACH
TOWELS).
11.
There is no telephone
in the cottage, mobile phone
reception for most networks
can be achieved in the front
garden. No-smoking
within the cottage. No pets.
12.
If for any reason
(e.g. fire, flood, severe
damage) the cottage owner
needs to cancel a confirmed
booking, liability is limited
to return of any payments
received.
